Which protocols are supported?
EOIP, GRE, VXLAN, OpenVPN (OVPN) and WireGuard. We help you pick the right protocol for your gear and use case (L2/L3, encryption, performance).
What is the lead time?
Most tunnels are delivered within 24 business hours after order validation and once we have your technical details (endpoint, protocol, IP prefix).
Do I own the IPs? How are they routed?
IPv4 addresses come from the PJX Cloud pool and are routed through your tunnel. BGP announcement or static routing depends on the agreed setup; BYOIP can also be discussed.
What does bandwidth commit mean?
The commit is the guaranteed capacity (in Mbps) allocated to your tunnel. Traffic beyond that may be limited or billed per your quote terms.
Can I upgrade IPs or commit later?
Yes. You can scale at any time: more addresses, higher commit or protocol change, subject to network availability.
How do I contact support?
